Or any of the CRYSTAL DRY line for encap? There does not seem to be any one particular favorite among users although a few are mentioned more often but I have searched and found no real mention of these folks. Does anyone know if this is just a re-brand of someone else's juice or do they roll their own?

There are quite a number of choices so I'm starting to work up a list of juice to try and will be firing off Emails soon to request samples, any thoughts?

Releasit DS works awesome. Don't even worry about the sample, just go ahead and order a case. I used it for the first time on some nasty CGD and it came out looking awesome. I tried to sell the the custy HWE since it was so bad but she insisted on a "dry" method. I was amazed at the results.

They are already on my list to sample but we will have to see what happens as I have heard a number of people having issues with the Tea Tree oil. I personally am very sensitive to certain things that effect peoples throats and sinuses.

Out of curiosity how are you pricing it?

I ask because from their site directly Crystal Dry averages about $0.0022-$0.0028 sq/ft. Which seems in line with say the Releasit line which runs $0.0026-$0.0030 sq/ft from excellent-supply.

You will spend more on gas getting to and from the job than on cleaning chemicals. The cost for chems per job is miniscule. Try them all, and use the one (or ones) that perform the best on your particualar area's soils and conditions, your client's carpet, and that gives you the results that you desire.

Selecting chems by price, IMO, is pound wise and penny foolish. Always go with top quality chems and great service and support. None better than Steve Smith at Vacaway, again IMO. We have been doing business with him for about 5 years now.

Vacaway products are simply awesome on every level. I HWE mainly now but when I grab an encap, Steve's stuff is my go-to.
I also use Spot-N-Boost FIRST for most spots.

Price is always passed on.

I have used Hot Knife and Releasit, they are both awesome. The tea tree doesn't bother me, I thought it smelled good. But, I am concerned that it might bother customers.
