Found him... and yes... He's for real. I haven't spoken to him but he is local and apparently this is on the up and up. His company website is...

    http://www.christianbrotherscarpet.com/

I'm going to call him on Monday because I am looking to get the same Cleaning system.

    Ehhh.....

It may work just fine but the video is too long to say the same thing over and over. After a while it just seemed like blah blah blah..... I couldn't watch the whole thing. They probably should have started out with the guy actually using the product while he's endorsing it.

I tried encapsolution and it works good but Cimex/Releasit works better and faster.

I got to talk with him. I am looking to start cleaning restaurants and told him I wanted to use this bonnet cleaning system to do it. He told me that it would probably be best if I went the rotovac way (cheaper start-up) and still effective on the dirtiest of carpets. Although he used this system, Xerion, He felt using a porty with a rotovac would be more effective on tough jobs. Any advice on the cheapest yet effective way to start-up would be appreciated.

Most carpet mills HATE encapsulation. They feel it is very damaging in the long run. Just research it.

tried the product did not feel that great about it, Everytning works, but you have to find what you like, no encap is a good maint. for residential, if you sell maint. to your customers, look at his big blue line in the truck, belive me he uses that more then encap.

He mentioned that he used it mostly for commercial accounts and maybe 20% of residential. Encapsolution is bonnet cleaning, not a true 'encap'. Thanks for the replies guys. You Make This Site Priceless!!!!

Yeah... Xerion recommends 300-350. They are the only ones doing bonnet cleaning to require this. I found the same machine they want to sell you with all the bells and whistles delivered for $1100.00. Made by Hawk. Not sure how well it will hold up though.
