      Mytee 17" Floor Machine

I found a 17" Mytee Floor Machine at a local pawn shop that does not have any wheels or a stabilizer bar. I tried contacting Mytee and their rep told me that he did not have any part numbers for me. Does anyone have any idea if I can get parts for this machine?

Also, is this the usual level of customer service from Mytee?

Yes. I called one day a month or so back with some questions. At the time i was about to pull the trigger on an M 12 and a booster.

I had, until that very day, been a huge Mytee fan.

I was spoken to in a way that lead me to think the rep was either drunk, stupid or in some serious emotional pain. Possible even had an anvil on his foot. My questions were answered but barely. I heard laughter in the back ground.

I said, politely, good bye and thank you. Then I cancled my order and started looking for truck mounts.

I still own two Mytee machines but once they are gone or broken, never again.

Ed runs a tight ship and, he answers the phone, gives good service and reportedly has an awesome product.

yeah, Mytee does just what you described.

I have always been very happy with Mytee's customer service. I usually work with Brett or Belinda. Maybe you should call back and ask for either of them. The other thing I would suggest is contacting one of their distributors. They can do all the leg work for you. I know as a Mytee distributor I am willing to find parts for all of our customers.

I apologize that you felt like maybe I was blowing you off. I wanted to personally address your situation since I was the customer service rep who you chatted with online. I think sometimes people do not feel they are getting the personal attention they deserve as a customer when chatting online. If you would like to give me a call I feel you would find I would be able to better assist you.

As I recall you sent me a chat message looking for parts to fix a floor machine. I simply asked you which model floor machine you had that you were looking for parts on. You sent me a link to our brand new floor machine (which should be available in about 30 days) on the website. I then notified you that these floor machines are not in production therefore we do not have replacement parts as of yet.

If you are looking for parts on a used HILD floor machine I should be able to locate just about any parts you need. Once again I apologize for the mixup!

      Thanks

Mytee are good guys. They can get a skid of product from Cali to Toronto in less than a week. That's solid considering Canada Customs can slow things down at times. Plus Mytee always answer my e-mail within minutes. Good peeps.

Ps. Why are you buying junk from a pawn shop?
get a nice new shiney one, customers appreciate that.
