Thread: Will Release it DS work for restaurant carpet?

I am cleaning a restaurant that I clean every three months on Friday and I am considering encapping it to see how it comes out. I have always HWE'd this account but I wanna put Release it to the test on this job to see how it works with carpet that's more challenging than office carpet. Do you think it would work or should I just keep Release it for offices and other CGD that isn't as dirty?

Regardless of how much I praised encap the manager didn't let me do it. He nicely told me to do it using HWE, I was looking forward to doing this job using encap to see how it would perform. Maybe next time.

You just let somebody who knows next to nothing about carpet cleaning tell you how to do your job?
I bet he also tells his dentist what drill to use

We encap restaurants all the time. Releasit DS @ 4 oz per gal.

I pads encap grease pits all the time with excellent results.

You give him the best looking carpets in the area and his boss won't say anything and he won't say anything just pass your card to the rest of the managers.

I understand what you're saying. I have never had a client tell me how to do my job so I really never thought about it.
On the same token I have never told an expert how to do his job either. I got my van repaired today and did not tell the mechanic what tools to use but I assume he used the right ones because my AC is nice and cold again

I have not had good success using encap only for grease pits. I'd love to know your process and soil level.

Regarding the manager: I assume when a customer writes the check, he might have the right to decide what type of cleaning he wants. After all, he can call the guys who WILL do it the way HE wants.

Although he may seem like one who knows 'nothing about carpet cleaning' he also answers to his boss.
