how long does excellant supply take to ship usually???

Ordered a case of realease it two days ago, they havnt charged me yet, which usually means it hasnt shipped. Im worried, need this by next friday, how long do your guys orders usually take????

Why not call them up.

I would call them. It is usually done same day if not the next. and then shipping usually takes about 4-5 business days to get to my place.

I had the same concern when I noticed they had not charged my card. When I called to inquire the order was shipped and my card was not charged at that time. Ordered on an Sunday was here (Michigan) Thursday.
They could offer UPS tracking like so many other company's do.
They do have a great product.

I normally get my stuff from Magic wand co. 2days max
if I order on a monday is at my door step Wednesday morning and they send me an E-mail let it me know is on the way with tracking number A+ service

Ordered received 5/4/2010, shipped 5/5/2010, delivered 5/13/2010 to the Olympic Peninsula which about as far from Florida as you can get in the continental US. Excellent Supply gets an A+ for shipping time which was several days earlier than my other order placed elsewhere the same day.
