TechClean thanked for this post

How long of dwell time w/ PCP and how long is the average 1200-1800 sqft home take

There is no dwell time needed with PCP it is spray and go, I seld spent much more than an hour in a home of that size.

John, I see you used the Commercial Breeze in a residential setting. From my following the forum for a while I gather that it is a higher speed oscillation than the Instigator or other compatible units available. A few questions
Does a higher speed machine have more possibility for blooming in a residential setting?
What pads and how many would be needed for 2-3 avarage size houses a day?
Is there any type or residential carpet type/material that one should not clean with the Commercial Breeze?
Just a note before anyone jumps in and starts the HWE vs OP debate, I have a great running old PTO Hydramaster, dual propane heaters that can spit live steam running a Sutorbilt 5mb stocked with the latest and greatest chems up here on the rainy and always damp Olympic Peninsula. Looking to add VLM to my services.

Who wants to be the first to lay on that rug?I use different setups too,and this one should have used a 2 step.HWE then OP.

No, actually it is easier on the carpet fibers because the orbit extends farther before coming back onto itself.

Gladiator pads work by far the best, I think ti took 4 to do that job, normally a home will take (depending on soil) 4-10 pads

Back in the day of all cotton
pads there were dangers, now we do them ALL.

I will, we used PadCapPro, which is probably the best killer of bacteria, germs etc. Extremely potent in those areas compared to most hwe chems.
I peersonally don't care HOW you clean, but the issue is cleaning and that is what was done.

Nice job!

it always amazes me how bad people let their carpets get. At what point do you realize your carpets look like $hit? When you have 20 spots or the 40th? The funny part, is when they expect you to take out every single stain, as if it will mater. They will just distroy it all over again. But, oh well. Thank you for your businessThese kind of customers I offer them a monthly maintence pacakge...They need it.
I think you did a great job. Im sure you dont care what we have to say, as long as the customer was happy..thats what matters. I use a two step process on any carpets that are in bad conditions. I just cant leave the house knowing that nothing was "sucked" up. Good job though!

Has anyone ever combined this method with HWE? Can that even be done? If so, how were the results? Which would you do first? I'm just tossing the idea around for really disgusting jobs (which I have had a lot of lately.) I don't have a nice floor machine or anything but I do have an Oreck that I hate. I only use it on filthy carpets, after I have applied a prespray for Good agitation. I am def interested in learning to do some encap. Never tried it before.

John , I dont have a op , What kind of results with a 175 with red pad or cotton loopies could we uptain with pad cap pro in the same carpet pictured above. I have cimex as well. I have been wanting to try this chemical .

Truly I would love to say that will work fine, however no it won't... the problem is the wiping of the carpet from all sides while digging into the carpet fibers, the rotary simpy will not do it. But if you must use a rotary use cotton pads, that will give you the best results with that machine.

Pictures look great! I need a OP machine bad! Good stuff man!
BBBBBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (yup...I'm that guy)

Hi John, I was looking at your before & after pic's on the CCS website. I am amazed at the results. I am a new user of the oscillating pad machine and I love how it works on carpet, but have never used it on tile and grout. What is the procedure for that and what are some good chemicals to use. I clean a restaurant chain that has brick in there main walk way and I use a portable 1200 psi machine and a turbo hard surface tool. How would the op machine do on brick?
Thanks,
Keith

John
How does the ccs system differ from procaps and cyndrical brush machines?
In Residential?
I have a cimex but you cant bring that beast in homes it is way too heavy, unless a perfect situation
Pics look good

Op works very well on brick, grout and tile, concrete, wood and stone. My new Trinity is VERY GOOD at this because it has an ultra high speed for hard surfaces. I use Clean-N-vac Anomaly to clean all those surfaces.
The OP motion is what makes the difference, it lifts the pile PLUS it gets all around the fibers down into the carpet. How does the ccs system differ from procaps and cyndrical brush machines?
