We use the gray pads on the grease pit restaurant we clean.. the whole place is like 3,000 SF and it takes 2 sets of pads, flipping them every so often to clean the place.. they get a lot of fiber ball on the surface.. do you cut them off, keep going with the pads.. It seem like they loose some cleaning power with a lot of the build up on the pads.
this place takes right at 3 gals of DS mixed double strength with butt HOT restaurant water, plus we pre-spray with punch mixed double at heavy usage rates.. and it a struggle to get it looking good..
was going to try some hot knife the next time to see if that might do a better job in some of the worse areas near the kitchen..
so my question is the pad build up.. what do you do ..![]()
