ok there it is! not suggesting people dont know or care but I've asked this before!Here is what we love about the El D at my cleaning company;
1) It is a 15k machine that performs like a 25k machine.
How is it a 4.5 blower does as well as a #5 blower rpm or free flow?
2) Company (Masterblend) stands behind their unit with strong customer service.
3) Owner Larry Haack is the nicest manufacturer I have ever met.
4) Well designed with a small foot print and lightweight.
5) As much consistent heat as one desires.
6) Vacuum is unusually strong with unrestricted free flow plumbing and Kunkle valve.
AND not because the RPM's are cranked??
7) Oil and blower can be lubricated located on front unit.
8) Simple open design for easy access to components for DIY repairs when needed.
9) Not over engineered with lots solenoids and electronics.
10) No heat exchangers to freeze, scale up and restrict vacuum.
So the el diablo's never needs descaling? and it wont freeze in South Dakota in the winter?
Dont get me wrong its very similar to the old steam genie sgs sizzler design with propane. I just want to be clear that its free flow no preheaters restricting vaccuum and all the other things you suggest are area's this machine overcomes? and why no response to the RPM settings and cfm on this thing.
I see the video where it gets 10 hg at the hose with the other wand lifted but why is it so hard to get the other info?
is it a secret? I guess I'll call Masterblend my self and see if I can get the answer's and then I'll repost it here!
The El D will be the machine we use in every truck we add in the future.

Work hard be friendly , Let God take care of the rest.

go to 3/8 solution lines and youll be fine plus the el diablo does not heat on high pressure you should go with a steamway stormI keep seeing all this rave about the el diablo. Why would anyone need water temps of 250? What happens when u put the wand down to move furniture? I bet you go thru a lot of solution lines. The reason I ask is personally I am leaning towards buying one for my next TM but, I really dont see the need for that much heat unless you are cleaning tile and grout. Cant you damage some carpets with that kind of heat. How fast does it tear up you seals on your wands? I guess it just seems a little overkill to me imo.

You can run either diesel or kerosene to power the heater. It does have heater coils that can freeze but they are way cheaper to replace than an HX. I have also been told any average Joe can change them out! If you choose an El Diablo just make sure it has the newer stainless steel coils.

I am not sure where you heard that but it is false. I used my El D Monday for tile and grout Monday while filming our new tv commercial. It was smoking hot at a constant 230º.

i am with you on that rob it is smoking hot with tile and grout as well

amtex stack that a great machine and great services tooo
