    I can say I have had ups & Downs over the years in dealings with Interlink but overall the Hanks Brothers always come thru in the end. I also don't believe I would be where I am in the industry if Bridgepoint hadn't been there for my company with good products & education we met our Mentors thru IICRC classes hosted by Bridgepoint.

    I have to say Interlink in Greensboro NC is tops. I live 1/2 hr from Sunbelt USA in Raleigh, had always done all my business with them. Back in Jan. of this year I was having serious pump problems, it was so bad I couldn't work.
    I called Sunbelt and pleaded with them to get my van in the shop to see if they could repair it. Now I worked there part time back when I first started this business, and I was told by their GM that they couldn't pull someone off one of their units to work on someone elses."I bought my unit from Duane Oxley." So I said is the $3000 a year I spend on chems and repair not important to you? He said sorry.

    I called Interlink they told me to bring it in and they could fix it. I did and
    3 1/2 hrs later it ran like brand new. I had never spent more than $500 with these people and they made me feel like I was the most important customer they had when I was there. Now I do all my business with them. On all chem orders over $200 I get free shipping! My sales rep is Angela she says that is something she does for her customers. Thats service in my book.

    My local Interlink formerly known as Bridgepoint is a great place to shop NOW. Man they had this clown running the place for awhile that really did some damage to their rep in and around SLC.

    I'd buy more there if their juice wasn't the most expensive I have ever found. I do like that new Stain Zone. That stuff rocks.

    That being said, my local Interlink Dealer has poor service and a worse attitude. Greensboro and Scott Warrangton have been excellent though!

    I gave my local interlink a 9. Great Lakes Steamway in Wayne, Michigan has been a pleasure to deal with and has held some great classes! Their mechanic, Glen, is great, as is everyone who works there. I would never hesitate to recommend them!

    Mine in SLC has been pretty good. I just ordered some parts for my truckmount yesterday afternoon and UPS showed up at my door today with the parts. Not bad if you ask me and I even saved money because I didnt have to drive 2 hours round trip to get them.

    I have had a few ups and downs with them.... however the interlink in Tempe,az IS 1st class. Just wish Rich, from the north store was there. And Scott in the service dept is great to deal with.

    I gave them a 5 every time I call Greensboro for a part on my piece of crap FX88 they don't have it. Sunbelt is my distributor of choice. Not to mention if you spend $2200 in a 12 month period you can take their IICRC classes for half price. They always have what I need when I need it.

    My Interlink supplier is very organized and professional. I originally said they were overpriced, that was an error. Let me clarify what I meant. The costs of them working on my equipment is considerably high but who isn't, right? I can work on most thing myself especially with the helpers on TMF. The service IS second to none in my area and I appreciate having a distributor like that. I do wish that they kept more different chemicals on hand without having to special order them. They will really try and get you whatever you need though. I don't care for the salesman they have, I won't call names or be critical about this person on the forum

    I gave them a 10. (because i Know Michael reads this board.) Just kidding.
    They have always been very helpful too me. Have always made me feal like I am a priority. When I first started my business a little over 18 months ago, I first went to another "local" supply house. Every time I asked a question about cleaning or my unit (Chem-Tex) or even about the pro chems they always seemed like I was bothering them. And when it came to questions about cleaning they would say stuff like oh the guy that would know that isn't here right now. If I asked them questions about my Chem Tex Panther like what size blower does it have, they would say they don't sell that unit so they don't know.

    I went to Interlink and would ask them questions about my machine like what size blower does it have and they would say something liek I dont know lets look at it. Oh it has a 4.5 Denver Gardner in it. If they didn't know the answer to what I was asking they would call Chem Tex.
    They also spent many hours answering questions about chemicals and cleaning procedures. What chemicals is it ok to use in what situation. I have even asked them questions about Encap products that they didn't know the answer to and the have called Scott Warrington or there other chemical guy (i apologize other chemical guy for not remembering your name) at corporate while I was there to try and get an answer for me even when it was just a hypothetical question.

    Needless to say that for that reason and another rant about the other place not fixing my truck right I will never go to the other place again.

    To tell the truth the people at Interlink are so good to me that I feel guilty when I buy used equipment, because I am not supporting them. Not that they have ever said anything or in anyway tried to give me a guilt trip but just because they have always been so helpful.

    And yes I could probably save a few $'s a gallon by getting my viper venom elsewhere but why when I get such great help?

    FYI Both the store in Greensboro and Sunbelt in Raleigh are part of the Interlink Supply group of independent distributors. Since each distributor makes decisions about their own store(s) there is some difference in how they treat customers, what they stock, schools they schedule and other policies.

    Interlink doesnt deal with Canadians, some bridgepoint products they wont even ship to Canada and not even Scott Warrington would tell me why. You cant even browse their products on their website unless you can put in a legitimate United States Address. Because of this I have never been able to even browse what they have. I sent them an email asking about this and nobody ever responded. Because of all this I Rate them at 1 out of 10.

    I have to agree with this. I hate having to enter my zip code EVERY time I go there. I've ask a half a dozen times for a log-in and have never even recieved a response. I rate my local Interlink an 8-I won't buy off the internet now.
