The whole zipcode thing is a waste of my time. I know which interlink I am going to use I don't need to type in my zipcode to figure out that I have two in my service area. Interlink really needs to drop the whole zipcode thing and just use it at checkout.

Would have posted a higher rating but not impressed with Interlink Finance Services. What a joke! I will not recommend them for anyone wanting to lease equipment. My Interlink supplier in Billings is good though.

The Interlink in North Phoenix is great! A solid 9. (I have never given a 10. Ever. Nobody's perfect...)

I was there a while back looking for a brass extension for a pump-up sprayer. I was sure they would have to order one in, but they had it in stock. Nice surprise.

hey Dan Gardner, I have heard nothing but good things about the Phoenix location too.

Is that near Mesa? And who runs that location?

This won't solve your problem, but it should explain the reason the site asks for your zip code.

Interlionk Supply distributors are not all under the same ownership. It is an association of many INDEPENDENT distributors who share the name Interlink for advantages like purchasing power, the ability to do joint advertising, better name recognition and more.

While the great majority of the pricing and products are the same, not all distributors carry the same parts and equipment. For example some distributors carry Prochem, some carry Hydramaster, some carry both or neither. Entering your zip code and getting directed to the Interlink distributor near you prevents someone from being shown a Prochem truck mount (or whatever) and then finding out that the distributor near him doesn't carry it.

Entering the zip code should only take a few seconds. We apologize for the small inconvenience but that is the way the system works right now.

I gave them a 1 because there isn't a zero option... A company is only good if they back what they are selling! Bridgepoint, Interlink, Bridgewater... All crooks!

"Bridgepoint direct has been powered by interlink supply" WHAT A JOKE!!!

    Still have my $1,000!

Don't worry Keith, your not the only one. I give my local Interlink a 10, however the Bridgepoint/Water/Interlink corporate would get a 1 from me as well, so I gave a 5

Can't really give a rating yet. Chapo and I visited our local Interlink in Fremont, Ca for the first time and talked to Murray. He was a super nice guy willing to help and really (we thought) knew what he was talking about.

Can't give him a rating because we want to see how he/interlink back his product in case we are unhappy or have to return something. Will post a rating very soon though.

Same here, and I've never got a direct answer why. While it's none of my business why, it does seem shortsighted. As well, Keith's story about the marketing program was just wrong and just wasn't handled professionally or properly.Although I do I have the utmost respect for Scott Warrington, I just don't see much effort put into our market and frankly, there would be trust issues.

In all fairness, Scott and Bridgepoint stepped in and rectified this situation in another thread.
Keith should have acknowledged this. Perhaps it was an over sight on his part.

I am hesitant to give anybody a "10" but after thinking about it, I did. I deal with Interlink Supply in Greensboro, NC and Richmond, VA since they are about equal driving distance for me (actually, Richmond is closer but sometimes I am already in NC to visit friends and relatives).

The people staffing both locations have been wonderfully helpful and efficient with any issues and orders I've needed to deal with. The more I think about it, the more impressed I am with both locations.

I always go to the one in springfield, Va. they have been great about recommending chems. They also fixed my cat pump once, while I waited, so I could get right back to work and finish a job I started. Good service, I gave them a 9. I also agree no one is a perfect 10.

They seem to be pushing ProsChoice products the ugly red bottled ones.. that kinda throw out the whole descetionary issue and showing the neighborhood that my customer is a slob and have to break out a bottle of toxic chemicles.... for their house. any ways theres tons of bad experiances I have had. and I just get it at another one. I even went in to purchase a van mounted unit.... and I got I dont know... Im not sure..I think so..and my favorite ...I have no clue.. so .. I had to get my Blueline from California and even tho they drive up to Oregon they are still knowledgable and charge almost a third less to fix it. I was also kinda ticked when I went in to get a simple darned swivel cuff set for a portable Upholstery machine. I had to get them off Ebay after waiting and waiting. Same with the Maxim advanced protectant. I bought two cases and they dont have the carpet samplers to promote the item. Nor the warranty cards for the customers to sign and turn in. just too many customer service issues for my company to have to make up for.. I simply wish the guy was better trained and took the initiuative to order things when low. By the way I prefer to use Bridgepoint Items Only. but they kinda make it impossible. And thats when it affects My Customers and then it affects my decision to go elsewere. spent my $60,000 in chemicles elswere and the $20,000 for the Blueline to A California company.. I would preferr to do business locally and help My commmunity where My neighbors live.
I am sorry to hear you have had poor experiences with the CRS in Neford. With over 70 distributors and nearly as many different owners / managers all the distributors who carry Bridgepoint are not going to be the same.

Obviously, we would prefer they sell the Bridgepoint products instead of the red bottles. but it is not our store to run. We would also love it if they kept all our products in stock.

You may want to consider buying on-line at www.InterlinkSupply.com or by phone at 800 660-5803. This will allow your order to be shipped from our warehouse in Salt LAke City. We have over 98% of 5,000+ items we caryy in stock at any given time. Especially common items like MAxim Protector and blotter cards, etc.

This problem was pointed out to me by some Canadians a few months back.

There is now a small Canadian flag in the upper left corner of the home page. Just click on that, to get on the page for ordering from Canada. You won't need to put in an American address.
