Your rig looks great. I love the inside. I would have gone a diffrent ave. on the exterior but thats whats working for you, Obviously. Looks great.

I like the way you left proper spacing to be able to hang 2 wands right on the shelving inside. Do you have any trouble with them banging around or coming loose on those hangars?

How does the ACE run for you? It looks like an impressive machine.

You thought of a lot of very cool extras too, like running a muffler system under the truck for the ACE, putting a lie detector at the solution exit, and using mostly stainless wherever you could, awesome job.

Even though I dont like Rotovac, I love the wrap design itself. Impressive, simple and easy to read, not cluttered, gets the message across in a glance!
Great coloring too, like the two tone purple to white on the front.

Fantastic setup! Keep it well maintained and get out there and clean some carpet!

Hi, Richard Happy Fathers Day to you and everyone here the ACE 860 it has run very good for me i have done some modes like the muffler and the wraping of the pipes with thermo shield Wrap to keep the interior cool and the noise was reduce 50% by the muffler .
I donot have a problem with the wands making noise
i change the ECU location the manufacturer had it install at the rear it was geting hot and the unit was faulting but after i moved to the front i have not have any problem i own this machine since january of 09

Thank you Richard just to correct something that on the picture is not a lie Temp it is a water pressure regulator i will install a Temp Lie on my wand very soon.

I got them from a local Shop here in Lancaster ,CA is call truckmounts MD
they only cost me $6.00
