here is a job i did a couple of weeks ago lots of pet stains and just in bad shape the tenants were evicted.

Judging from Vehicle pic a V or Aerotech; Of course with one of those you could clean with water.

water claw w/cti OSR all pet spots used uv light and probe to locate. heavy pretreat with olefin pretreat and scrub with 175 rotary. extract with heavy acid rinse and post spot any spots with stain magic. Ran 2 to the door than 1 50ft air dried dry before i left 700 sq/ft 3 br h, living spent almost 2 hrs. I have pic of the other 2 rooms they were just as bad.

Note how the before and after picture where taken from almost the same spot - makes it easy for the reader to see the difference of your work!!
