It says to us 45oz of Zone Perfect in my Hydro-Force and fill the rest with water. My question is do I set my Hydro- Force to 1:32 or zero?

Those instructions are for the standard HydroForce. The Hydroforce Revolution with the adjustable dial is a different tool.

The final dilution you want is 32:1. You have a few options about how you get there.

    1) Fill your container with Zone Perfect right from the bottle. Set your adjustable HydroForce Revolution at 1:32. You get pretty close to 1:32. Actually it will be somewhat more diluted than that because of the thickness of the Zone Perfect.

    2) Fill the container with half water and half Zone PErfect. This will make it a bit thinner (less viscous) and so the dilution will be more accurate. Since you have already mixed it half and half, now you set the dilution at 16:1. The final result is 32:1.

    3) The standard Hydroforce which the directions were written for dilutes at 8:1. You can set your adjustable meter at 8:1 and follow the directions you covered above (45 oz. in the container, fill with water.)
