Two of my WM machines have the chemical injection systems working intermittently. Sometimes they pull and sometimes they don't. Then if I leave it in prime for a bit it sucks the tank dry in a few minutes. What is going on???:AddEmoticons04259:

Your check valves inside the chemical pump might be getting stuck. Take them out and check them with a pencil eraser to see if it gets hung up open or stuck closed.
As for the priming issue I dont have an answer.

    When you say chemical injection
Are you using a venturi and flow meter or chemical pump

I had the same problem with one of my WM 's Rob .. Then whatever reason was causing it , it started to work normal again. Wonder if had air or something in the valve causing it.

Lester the steel valve line is your primer its suppose to go to atmosphere away from the machine or to the ground. Best thing to do is inspect for cracks in the lines and or take the pump down and inspect the diaphram and check valves. When was the last time you changed your diaphram?
