My main use right now is pet odors, but I need something for water damage also. So when would you use Odoban, Microban or Odorcide? I'm having a hard time paying $79 per gallon for Odorcide. Is Microban just as good?
Odoban has a deodorizer, and also a Water Damage Restorer. http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc...gId=-1&keyword=odoban&storeId=10051#more_info

Wouldn't the Odoban water damage restorer be better than the deo?

I get odorcide by the case by tcs 79 a gal. get 2 cases get 10 percent off and free shipping $71 per gallon

I dont use it every day it last a while. I use Ko plus with enz all on small jobs and little dogs that havent got completely loose on the carpet.

as for w/d a anti microbial is best microban or whatever, but I wouldnt be I'm only using one product for everything

OSR is great for alot of pet problems too.

I do use OSR for pets, but sometimes throw in a deodorizer for difficult stuff. Maybe it's unnecessary?

Hydrocide and Hydrocide Extreme contain the same active ingredient as Odorcide. Because Hydrocide is more concentrated, you can use less. That can save you.

Microban has several products, but they are disinfectants. A totally different approach to odors.

My manual on treating pet urine discuss deodorizing. Send me an email if you want a copy. scottw@bridgewatercorp.net

    So...$10 vs $78. I hope it's more concentrated.
