Definitely seems steep, but prices can be all over the place. I'm on my phone so I can't look at our sig and see were you are from (that effects it a bit). That hydramaster is a PTO isn't it?

I run slideins but I think if i was gonna get a PTO i would prefer the vehicle to have 30-50k on it so i know that i could get some service life out of it before having problems. How easy is it to move those between vehicles?

Yea my first number I thought of was 7K without even seeing what everyone else put. Some people price their items so high it makes me laugh. Here in FL if you price something that high it sits for months for sale, then I come in with an offer waaaay lower and they usualy take it. The ball is in your court if your not in a hurry. For example i was patient and I bought a 2001 E150 with 73K miles with a Prochem Blazer XL with 1500 hrs. for $7500. He was asking 10k.

I was thinking 5-6K. Remember with a PTO unit in it you can easily double or triple what the odometer actually says sinse the engine runs all the time you are cleaning too. If you think about it the actual wear on the engine is probably closer to 200,000+ miles.

I was always told that every hour a van runs with a PTO, it's putting somethign like 60 miles on the engine.
