I have asked this question before... what does it mean to set a stain? and what does resolve do that makes it hard for ust to get a stain out.... something that I can go back an explane to the customer.. instead of just saying because it just does....
Spot cleaners can disolve the stain in the the capet fibers also removing the protectant if any was applied Like pen ink if you try and clean it up it will spread though out fiber making it very hard to remove 24 hr. after the fact. Time is also a factor in stain removal
