I am looking to get a box truck wrapped and I have been getting prices that are like literally all over the place. The lowest installed price I have seen is 8 a square foot, the highest is like 14. Just curious what it is like in your area?

That is exactly the number I had in mind when I started out, I am getting prices all the way up to 4k! I think I might just have to make the trip to a larger area to get it done.

Funny thing is, I just got a price from the same place on doing the back windows of all the cars and it was DIRT cheap! $150 a car. I think they might need to find a new vinyl supplier for the wraps.

Ayetti. Just think like how you would want our customers to think.

Low ballers are most likely hacks, high end prices may bring some amazing results, but mid range may do a great job also.

Ask for some real life examples to look at, have them show an exact example of what you can expect for what price.

I actually think its a bit more than needed to go complete wrap like I did for $3600.00

I've seen very clean and effective partial wraps and lettering that still have great branding for half as much.

Although it is all tax right offs so..

Ps I got 600 of mine comped for putting one of our carpet manufacturers logos on there..

Fox is on it, that is roughly the price range i was thinking. It is a small town thing here, I am not trying to lowball anyone I am just looking for something in the ballpark or reasonable. I don't want to pay 2k for labor that takes 3 hours (its a box truck no corners to turn). Sometimes I just have to make the drive either to the valley or to LA to get stuff done, its not the first time this has happened. Honestly if I thought they could turn out something like Torrey's I would be ALL over it, but I honestly have never even seen them come close. I may end up making the drive and still paying a premium price to get something stunning.

I am pretty stoked on the window prices though, that is an AWESOME deal!

Keep in mind there are different grades of material. That will be the biggest price difference as you shop around. I had mine done with top of the line 3M with 3 year warranty. Some will fade within a year.

At my former place of employment they had 2 vans wraped right before I left for 3600 (1800 each). I think they got a little bit of a discount for doing 2 vans.

That is a totally legitimate point, the guy who quoted 2800 this afternoon supposedly uses the best vinyl available, I will have to ask him if it comes with a warranty. I might just have to suck it up and realize that this project is going to cost more (therefore take longer) than I thought it would.

1k your van is one of the benchmarks for this whole thing for me (along with robs and Torreys) They made an impression on me.

A question for those who have had their vans wrapped.....how long ago did you have your truck wrapped and how does it look today. Has anybody had to replace a wrap because it was worn out? How long did it last before you had to replace it and how much did you originally pay for the wrap?

In our heat Todd 5 years is the most I would think you could get out of a wrap...it would also depend on the colors you used as well. I wrapped 6 west facing windows on my wife's store and they take a beating in the afternoon sun...I won't get more than 3 years out of them.

Keeping your wrap clean will prolong the life as well...I wiped my van down every morning

wow I just got a estimate of $1k for a logo on both sides and the back of my box truck. They are even designing the logo. I am sure this is a partial wrap with vinyl lettering. Now I feel I got a good deal, if they don't fade fast

Full wrap is a whole different ball game that a couple decals...lots more printing, waste, and labor cutting and trimming

Regardless of what my budget was for a van I would include a full wrap...meaning I would spend less on my van to make sure I had the funds to wrap it. It's a game changer...

1k I read a post above say your wrap,Robs and Torreys are the benchmark wraps. I remember seeing Robs and Torreys but not sure I have seen yours. I agree that the other 2 have great wraps so can you tell me where I can find a pic of yours?

I have had mine for a solid 4 years now, still looks axing after I take it thru the wash every week.
You can feel how thick am sturdy the 3M material is that they used.
It took a team of guys to heat gun and press it out perfect in every nook and cranny.

I could tell why they were so expensive.
I was able to sit with the designer at a computer and move everything around and preview the van right there, and then it printed it off a huge printer that's like 6' wide..

And they stand behind the wrap, once last year and once this year I swing in and they tightened up a couple frayed edges.
Made me confident in their capabilities for 3600.00

Lol! They have a giant typo on the side of that truck. "Orinted". Hilarious and sad at the same time.
