I just bought a used ProChem Blazer Plus and when running the machine I am getting a lot of back presuure causing water to shoot back out of the small whole in the intake water box lid. This is causing a big water mess inside my van. Does anyone know whats going on?

First thing I'd check is the "Float Valve" especially the seat. The seat is a little grey vinyl plug on the valve. That valve uses the plug to turn off the fresh water when the water box gets full. If that plug is worn it will not turn off the fresh water when the water box gets full.

Yep. 2 cents is right. Also check that the the float arm is adjusted correctly downward and that the float ball isn't filled with water.
