I have been getting alot of water coming out of my heat exchange exhaust of my prochem legend se
.The heat seems to come when it wants..What does this mean ? sure it's not good.I lube and clean everything daily but i haven't been able to change the filter in my dump tank for a long time..It is a severe pain to unscrew it...Also some times when cranking my TM i get alot water coming out of the vac hose inlet..The vac has lost a little bit of power but not much and the performance is still great..:AddEmoticons04259:

I actually have had this too, I think it's a small leak either of the solution line inside the exchanger or on my truck it has another heat exchanger that heats off the vehicles coolant too and I think the coolant line is leaking just a little because my coolant level got low and I had air in the lines. All I had to do was fill it back up and keep an eye on it. Probably needs thouroghly fixed but it works fine.

It happened but only when waste water tank is full, in case your lever shut down is not working.

Was it exposed to freezing temperatures?

Water coming out of the vac inlet means your hotwater bypass is open or solenoid is not closing. Water coming out of your heat exchanger may just be condensation. Condensation happens more often in colder temperatures and really nothing to be concernd about if it is condensation. It should stop after the engine warms up. If you dont think its condensation try raising your pressure. If more water flows out then it may be a crack in the coil.

Try using this tool to remove the tank filter. http://www.sears.com/craftsman-2-pc-strap-wrench-set/p-00945570000P Also when you put the filters on, they do not need to be tight at all. Just thread it on until you feel the slightest resistance.
