    Hi guys,

I have an older Prochem Bearcat...it runs great...but i have a lot of water that sprays out the heat exchange/exhaust port...is this normal...my repair guy told me it is just condensation...if my machine runs for an hour, probably 2 gallons of water pours out...
    Thanks for any advice:bigsmiley:

that sounds like more than condensation. it should stop after it warms up.

I agree with Kevin, It should stop after the unit warms up. Mine stops usually within 1 minute. If water is still coming out after an hour of running you possibly could have a small leak somewhere. Keep an eye on it and if it persists have it checked out. spotman

You may have a crack in your HX... I don't know if that system had a pre-heater but that could be another area to look at if it does.

Sounds like a crack or water getting pulled into the watse tank filters. Check the filters in waste tank if they are broken or missing that will cause water to enter the system

    Thank guys....
I forgot to mention...about a year ago, i had a new waste tank built...I was looking at it today and realized it does not have a pressure relief on it....my system is now leaking about 5 gallons every hour...
