We have changed insurance carriers and the new one is requiring that we install the van partitions behind the seats. This works fine in our cargo vans, but, we are running into problems with our vans with truckmounts in them. If we put a partition in front of the truckmount then the seats would not slide back far enough and if we have one custom built to go over the truck mount it would have to be removed anytime we needed to take the dog house off. Has anyone else ran into this problem?

The partition has to be there in every commercial van. I suggest plan ahead and get a van with dual swing open side doors. or move the TM. The OSHA cage as it is called here. It to protect the occupants in the cab in the event of impact. the vynal curtain will not be acceptable to your insurance company. Also is your company was ever inspected by state board of labor type of entity. Its a $65k federal fine. to the best of my knowledge.

or you can cut off about six inches off legs
