So we have been doing this commercial tile ad grout cleaning job for about 6 years now twice a year. Well this years first cleaning i talked my dad into using the bristle brushes that you can buy for the cimex and filling the tank with our mixed Matrix Grout Devil..... Well it worked flawlessly, it put down and scrubbed the top of the tile really well and it put it down so much more evenly, I think we might have used a little less solution. We still went around with our grout brush after, but I was amazed how much time it saved by using the cimex rather than a hand pump. Just wondering if you guys/gals have any other Cimex tricks up your sleeves.

Done the tile pre scrub. Used it once to strip a floor.

VCT bought a case of black pads. Doesn't splash as much as 175 but you have to wipe it down after using it.

I think i read it is not good for polishing stone. Is it right? But for honing it is?

It is awesome and faster for honing. Polishing the 175 is better.

So up to 800 or 1500 it is awesome. After that final step should be with a 175.

Not a fan of using the cimex for floors at all {no experience with stone}, too bulky and unable to lean into the machine on uneven floors.

Also do not want to slop it all up, rather use a $200 used floor buffer then a $2500 cimex.

In our area a low income housing place is building new buildings and getting rid of carpet and putting in VCT. How do you do VCT with the Cimex?
