My pressure regulator is leaking. Can I rebuild the regulator, or should I replace it? :AddEmoticons04259:

You can try to change the o-rings from the bullet, There are rebuilt kits thats they sell also. but if that doesnt help you might have to get a new one. Find the manufacturer and model.

Must I remove the regulator from the machine? How do I go about changing the O-rings.

I dont know how its yours but just unscrew the part that you use to regulate for higher or lower pressure and it will come up, take out the spring and you will be able to see inside the bullet, take it out with some needle pliers or some like that.

Like Locko said they have kits to rebuilt them ..
You have to make sure you install the piston and u-cup correctly .. Easy to do..
For best results with the pressure regulator, they recommend that you clean and lubricate
the piston and u-cup with Superlube lubricant monthly or when pressure drop seems excessive.
    1. Turn unit off before lubricating.
    2. Remove cap, spring and spring retainer plate.
    3. With fingertips remove piston and u-cup.
    4. Wipe piston and u-cup clean of any film or scale.
    5. Lubricate the piston and u-cup with Superlube.
    6. Reassemble regulator.
