Do you use WD40 to clear the blower! Or it can be water condensation coming out of the exhaust

What you mean there is no oil in your TM? You mean in your TM's engine?

I dont know much the legend but are there any components from the blower to th eexhaust. I would start identifying all the parts, specially the vacuum system, and see if any is oil filled or something like that.

    Engine Oil
    Water Pump Oil
    Blower Oil
    _________
15 seconds is a little long. your safe at a 5 seconds. Your probably getting condensation from the engine mixing with gunk from the blower. Or that wd40 is spraying out which is also what could be. If you spray lube for 15 seconds your gonna be buying alot of lube.
