Worth 10K.... I don't think so. I picked up an old Hydro Genie for about 2K, not a PTO, but ran by a 24hp Honda,
Sutorbuilt 4MP, heated by a Little Giant and a HydraCell D10 pump and this thing runs like a champ, it may not be the prettiest thing, but it can suck up some dirt with only 1-2 hr drying times. I don't run it every day but I could, it's a great back up or when I'm running 2 jobs at the same time. Mine is very dependable and I like it's performance. All major components are available. Personally I wouldn't pay 17K for the entire unit. I would lowball an offer and see if they would entertain the idea.
