Keeping your van looking clean and neat is also maintenance.

How do we always find time to wash, spit and polish the entire van every night? We cant! So here is a tip to help on those days you just dont have time to do the whole routine.

This will only work when your van is "sort of" dirty, not completely covered in dirt. If its covered in dirt you need the powerwasher first.

Lightly wipe the road dust with a shammy or terry towel, do not apply too much pressue as you will be rubbing dirt into the paint. You just want to remove the loose dust from the paint.

use a bug dissolving product like the one in the pic below, spray on, wait 30 secs, wipe off with wet towel and all bugs will wipe away.

Use the slick mist shown in the pic to gently wipe down the whole truck. Follow up with a shammy for a second wipe if you want the extra glow.

Voila! Your van looks like you spent 2 hours detailing it when you only spent about 10-15 mins!

Please note! This is not an endorsement for any products in particular, this is not an ad for use of any products in particular, you may choose your own brand of a similar product if you like.

This pic shows my van after doing this process, it took 12 mins and the van was moderately dirty from a few days work.
