Yesterday I realized that I was going through soap extremely fast, but I cannot find a leak anywhere. The flow meter constantly shows that I am using soap (even when there is no tool attached to the solution hose), but I cannot figure out where it is going.

This is on a Prochem Bruin II

Bad valve (primer) buy a new one should fix it they run about $75.00. The chemical is probably feeding back into your 5 gal. jug

Sorry man i meant the gph valve. If you turn the valve to far it messes it up i just replaced mine. The prochem valve are known for this problem. But not to many others I love prochem TM's!

Yeah a bad chemical selector would send it back to the bucket. A bad Y-strainer check valve could cause this. A hole in the diaphram will draw soap. Check your water box for soap. If no soap then its just the chemical selector.
