    Try Alan Janitorial dist. in Ronkonkoma (631) 580-1816 I am sure they work on portables but ad says Full service repair shop. Let everyone know if they work on TMs I live in new paltz and its hard to find repair shops. I plan on getting TM right now i have mytee m-12. Mytee lists alan janitorial as a mytee service center. Hope this helps
