We recently had an ad in our paper looking for local entrepenuers interested in their franchise opportunity. I submitted my information over to them to get their prospectus and see what it is all about. Can any of you tell me if you have ever dealt with Sears or know of any franchisee's that might be able to give some information about the pros and cons of this franchise opporunity.

    Thanks!

In my area, (Ontario Canada) Sears is a big company with a small reputation.
They struggle to keep techs employed and what techs they have are poorly trained. Every customer I ever talked to for years that has had Sears has not had nice things to say about them. This doesnt mean you cant turn things around if you are a good cleaner. You can build a great rep in your area regardless of what name is on the side of your truck.
