Does this video make you as angry as it did me? Here's my post about it... but I'd like to know from you guys, what do you suggest for helping to expose, and remove, guys like these ones from our industry? Click here ==> REAL DIRT: Scumbags in our Industry On a happier note... Hope you all and your families have an AWESOME Thanksgiving holiday. There is a lot to be thankful for... not just this week, but always. =) Lisa
To expose these guys they need to have some undercover sting like you see on "Dateline", etc. and then have someone interview a true reputable professional company. wayne
There is a couple threads on this already, The one with Rob was just a couple of days ago. http://www.truckmountforums.com/gen...15649-fox-news-carpet-cleaning-scam-geez.html http://www.truckmountforums.com/gen...epartment-of-consumer-affairs-no-comment.html
I'm curious. We don't do extraction cleaning on rugs unless specifically requested by the customer, or required due to technical considerations, such as jute fibers or some type of funky backing that won't let us rinse the rug properly through submersion cleaning. How many of you guys hit rugs with a wand, and what cleaning agents do you use? If you list cleaning agents that are not distributed by Bridgepoint, please list your supplier so that I'll have an idea of what's out there.
Wow, just now got around to this post, how in the world does that guy stay in operation? moving from town to town? any NY CC on here that ever heard of this guy? No wonder that when you get a customer and they see what you do for them they call you back year after year, just can't trust anybody these days
