Extremely hot water is actually helping allot but if anything else is needed we still use CTI's Red Relief. Haven't had as much luck with Red-1.

Before I even prespray I will use Red Vanish and let it soak in and then prespray around it and then when I get to the spot 75% of the time its already gone and if it doesn't fully come out I will do a heat transfer on it and then %95 of the stain will be gone.

Wow...one of our techs is actually color blind. I remember we went to a house and it was the first time I worked with him and after I went to inspect the areas I noticed a lot of red / blue stains and when I asked him whats going on he said he was color blind....I didnt beleive him at first lol. But everything worked out fine :)

I tried Cobb's dye stain remover for the first time today on an orange pop stain. Removed it completely with no color damage to the carpet. Good product.

I have also had good success with Red Vanish from Vacaway.

I used my free red zone today on a red mountain dew stain and it worked great! I have a large red gatorade spot in my office area from my two year old that I've been meaning to get to, we'll see how well it works on that someday! (funny how your own stuff always seems to come last!)

Ive never had much luck with any of the Red Relief type products. I can get a small amount of dye transfer to the cloth but the entire stain never comes right out. The best I've been able to do so far is use a product called "vanish" by Esteam. It is basically Peroxide and Ammonia in a two part sprayer and as long as you dont get too carried away using it, can help lighten up acid dye and severe coffee stains.
