My quick connects are leaking all over the place as the orings are worn. They have only done about 150hrs. Is this normal and how can I maintain them better? Also can you change the o ring without replacing the Quick connect... if so a how to would be appreciated

What kind are you using? I've never had a problem with Parkers.

Got it sorted. The o rings were burred and I have ordered a heap from my local hydraulics disty. Haven't lubed them since I got them so that may be a very big reason for their small lifespan. LOL

Using very high heat and pressure on the bigger truckmounts will wear out your connects fast too. I wouldn't buy the "econo" couplers, try stainless for the males and safety connects for the females, they work pretty good for me!

Thats very common for the junk being sold at some of our distributors. Hydro force and Breco are JUNK!
