Hello, anyone know who makes the Prochem 405 air pump ? I'm finding it very difficult paying $290.00 when I just paid $268.00 to replace the water pump and found the same water pump for $27.00 online. Thanks:)

I had no luck searching for a air pump either. they look like a Mopar pump made in Germany i believe. I go thru them about every 16 months

Not so sure about this, but I was told by a distributor that you can replace the head and not have to replace the whole thing?? Not sure if that sounds right to me. Others?? What do you think.

That all depends on whether the bearings are still good on the lower half. You can get those air pumps from Napa I believe. I have part numbers somewhere for it let me take a look for you.

Checked Autozone...... Does that bolt on? Or, do you have to do some modifications?
