    Hello,

I own a Tempest Portable Extractor and today while I was running some jobs I noticed that the output of solution from my carpet wand was/is not proper. I checked the extractor and it is working properly. I then checked the high pressure lines and they too are working properly (I changed carpet wands and everything worked well-solution output was fine). Anyway, I am most positive that the problem lies in/with the carpet wand. I changed the high pressure tip to a new one and the problem still exists. So I am assuming that the problem lies somewhere in the lines on the wand itself. Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing a wand to not put out the proper amount of cleaning solution? Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks, Jamie

I had similar issue with higher PSI Tile tool. Turned out there was a brass wire mesh (filled with junk) filter inline between male connector and next fitting. Check your wand on male connector end if there is any chance a filter could be inline take apart to check. Also check valves on jet side of tool can get debry. Good Luck..
