I have a cleanco 47 series and i had my radiator replaced and it seems that since then my pressure on the wand, hydro force sprayer, and even on my hose to purge the line comes out at a very low pressure. I have to turn my pressure up to nearly 1000 psi to even get a satisfactory release of solution. Can someone please help?

Im not familiar with the machine but ive had that same or similar pressure issue several times before on other machines with different causes lol, Im assuming your guage on the machine is reading pressure since you said you adjusted it to 1000 psi so check all your solution filters at the machine if their all clean and good then start from the outgoing quick connect on the machine and work your way out to the wand ive had the shutoff nipples in the quick connects get worn to where they dont depress enough to let enough solution through or wear uneavenly causing them to get cockeyed and not depress set your pressure at normal cleaning pressure while checking these items see if you have pressure on your 1st solution line if not the problem is at the machine if you do keep checking towards the wand till you find the problem. Make sure water box has plenty of water in it and is filling properly, might check pressure regulator make sure its not stuck in bypass also. Just a few suggestions hope it helps
