Why don't you tell us about it. I have a Genesis 59 and feel that Powerclean is a relatively good company to deal with.

No problem Doug. As some may know I have a White-Magic Triton that has been a lemon imo. They had overheating issues that led to a blower failure. They would not cover it and I needed a blower fast. I contacted many people for the blower because I was down and we all know downtime can kill you. Everyone I contacted said that it would be a few weeks. Not knowing where to turn I called Powerclean. (The Gen 5.9 is the same size blower)
I explained my situation and they shipped one out the same day at their COST. It was a 1000.00 cheaper than anyone else. I was shocked and now I've been through about 50 cases of prespray and other products from them. So take a bow Powerclean.
That kind of service is RARE in our day and time and would not hesitate to recommend them or their product!!! ;)

    Rob Allen.

    Agreed about PowerClean...

John, Keith and Larry do a fine job of keeping things in order and moving forward.

    Nice guys...

I've never dealt with powerclean directly, but own the Freedom XT with a 45 blower and have been very happy with it. My distributor is Great Lakes Steamway, out of Wayne, MI and their mechanic, Glen, has always been very helpfull.

I agree that they have great techs however my Genesis has iven me nothing but trouble. The apo burns up every use I was told to stop using it.Lol And I have to move the heat exchagers at least once a month to keep from over heating. Again no one can seem to help. If anyone knows a fix would love to hear from you. bobby@a-aservices.biz

Yes there is a place in the North East that supplied that engine to them. You can get all the parts and at wholesale.
