plumbing my truckmount

    does anyone know how to help figure out some basic plumbing.on the water pump does it have to have 2 ins?or can i just run one in?i have it now where from the gardenhose in goes in and i have a (T) fitting.from the i have 1 line to the water pump and one line out to the regulater.i then have an out from the regulater back to the T.I CANT GET THE REGULATER GAUGE OVER 200 FOR SOMW REASON.also i put on a bleeder hose out of the qv.im getting very hot water there but not to my wand.anyone have any ideas on how to plumb this better please let me know GOD bless.

    The pump has two ports on the low (inlet ) side. and two ports on the high pressure side. If your garden hose goes direct to the inlet. You can put the bypass from the regulator on the other side of the inlet. This will avoid what I call the christmas tree affect. Makes sure all your hoses are larger in diameter than the port size. Avoid 90* elbows . What is the bleeder hose for and were is this hooked up? By the way, running bypass to the pump is the worst thing you can do. Its just poor engineering.

    hey thanks for the reply.i have no choice but to use 90* cause of the way its laid out.so i ran it inline from the water hose hooK UP
    into the inlet pump.line out to the regulater.back out to the inline pump thats where i put the thermo relief valve.back out of the pump to the heat exchanger.
