We are going to leave that pic up top until we get back from Connections. Lisa can we get a step by step cleaning procedure for the area rug pictured above? Lisa may have already left for Connections and we are Flying out Tues. mourning. So until then we may not get a reply from her. Feel free to say how you would clean it. :AddEmoticons04233:

    Thanks,Rob.

I don't see a rug photo ... by the way, rug identification is NOT required for cleaning - it does not matter where the rug is from to clean it.

    So let me know:
    1) fiber type
    2) results of dye test
    3) construction type (woven or tufted)
    4) pre-existing conditions

That's all I need with your photo ... and by the way again - Karastans is misspelled in the rug chick header on the topics page. You can just put "Oriental and Area Rugs" that covers everything.

    :)
