I need a pick-up/module for my distributor. I've looked up different vehicles through NAPA that th A-12's were used in, but I havn't found the right module. Is there a certain place I should be looking so that I can get this myself at the auto parts store? I'd like to get my parts from an auto store rather than the local carpet supply chain. Also what years did Prochem make the 405's? I don't even know what year my unit is!

Adding images on here is not very user friendly! How do I enter the URL of my image when its in my pictures folder? I'm sure there's a way, but not for the average Joe...........or me!!!

The easiest way is to open a free photobucket account, upload them there and then you will have a url to post from.

    Thanks for your help, dgardner!
I could only imagine that all of the 405's have the same module?

Correct! The screw holes are a little too close together on the one pictured, and the wire connector tabs are off to the right side on mine. The # on mine is 6907 and hopefully the dealer can find me one tomorrow, or I'll have to get one from Interlink for $550! I bought a thermostat from them that came in an "O'Reilly's" delivery sack for $26. I called Oriellys with the part # on the box and it was $6. So I'm just trying to avoid the 400% markup. On the same note however, I understand business is business.

After talking to 10 different people at 10 different places, I found a supplier that has anything for the industrial a12/a15 engines that Prochem used to make their truckmounts that have those engines. The place is called Capitol Engines in Ohio, and the guy there said that they are only 1 of 2 suppliers that carry parts for those engines countrywide! The pick-up module that I need is $116.24 shipped! Interlink wants $550! I think anyone with a performer series truckmount should retain this info! It will save some dough, and the headache of finding some of the "impossible to find" parts! The guys name is Randy and as soon as you tell him its for a prochem/nissan engine and what part you need, he knows exactly what it is. If I could thank myself for this post, I WOULD!!! :)

When you get the part, share the manuf. and part number with us. I'm curious.
