hanging out with my mentor( a 50 year cleaning vetran) the other day and we were talking about all the new cleaning technologies out today, (he actually thinks the confusion between encap the terminology and bonnet cleaning the technology is so hilarious). So we go to one of his accounts (and believe me theres a lot of them) its a trash resturant to clean carpet, im expecting to see some name brand chemicals right, wrong prespray dawn dish washing detergent with 4 ounces of ammonia, shampoed in with the trusty 175 rinse with a hint of browning and dry slurry and hot water, needless to say i'm sold.

Hey nothing surprises me. Elbow grease can make up for a lot of things. Premium chems just make most jobs go faster.
