    Hello to all folks:
First time On this Forum. I figured there should be a few forums around.
Since theres forums on everything else, why not Truck-Mounts and all related. I am also an hvac/r tech and as a hobby I build and repair desk top Computers and mess around with Satellite dishes and all the new Boxes that have come out recently. I'm glad to see and be witness to all things Computers.. Most likely, in the near future, computers or their parts will play a large roll in the cleaning business. As it does already...I started the business working for a Manufacturer called Namco or one of their franchises back in 1994.. I had to be a salesman, warehouseman, repairman, and of course a cleaning and dying tech. We had to do it all. It was fun at first, lasted 2+ years then finally went out on my own. 99% of my work was Property Mgmnt. That was the most profitable years. From 97 to 2003.Then all hell broke loose in Fla.All the properties went Condos. Had to then build up the private homes customers and learn to do hard floors among other trades.
Now I do it all. Whatever a customer wants, I do.. No Choice.!! I hope all you owner/operators are doing well cause this economy sucks..!! At least for me and others I speak to..Oh well, there's a little insight to a Newbie on this good looking Forum.. Wish all the hardworking carpet and floor techs the best..!! Some say this is not hard work.. Yeah ,Right...!! Later

Hello ( whats your name ? ) .. Things can be down every where .. It just makes me stronger and better I feel ... Made me step up and get a new cleaner and soon to be tile and grout as soon as I'm done getting all set for flood work .. I know the next year or 2 maybe be harder but then I know it will be better than ever !!
