    Just wanted to drop a note to the members of the forum to introduce myself. My name is Phil McLaughlin. I am a Certified Restorer with the National Institute of Disaster Restoration. I have been in the Industry for over 35 years. I am a Business Development Consultant specilizing in the fire and water damage sectors.
