I have a Genesis 59 with a leaky radiator. I put Bars Leak in and let it run on idle for 20 min and it looks like the leak is stopped. Anyway for me to do a pressure test to see if it worked? Anyone know anything the Genesie 59 radiator or how much it would cost to get a new one? Thanks for anyones help.

Don't know how much it will cost but I ballpark a couple hundred dollars. I don't want to upset you but that bars leak is the worst stuff you could have put in there. I have seen so many water pumps, head gaskets, thermostats ruined from that stuff. That stuff will coat the inside of your top-end and actually lessen your cooling. Next time try some flux and solder. I don't recomend doing a pressure test either because it may break the seal on it again.
    Good Luck

I would take it to local radiator shop and let them fix with solder and pressure test it..Like Ara said Bars may not be a good idea. You may be able to have it repaired if its not bad.
    good luck keep us posted

I have a Genesis 59 that I bought three years ago and honestly I love the machine now. When I bought the unit my distributor never taught me how to use the machine. I paid $25,000 for it but never taught anything about it. If you end up buying one call Powerclean and ask them if they would show you at their facility how to use one. I have run a line of 850ft once. I had the machine at 3000 rpm and was drying commercial carpet in a hour and a half. If you want to talk more indepth about the pros and cons of this machine feel free and call me at 605.624.2485. I have no problem telling you what I know about the machine. If you are anywhere near South Dakota come give me a call and I can set up appointments and you can see the real power in this machine.

I'm trying to get info on parts for my Ford Industrial Engine and the distributer I talked was no help without a part number and could not tell me how to identify the engine. He didn't seem very knowledgeable, but the searcg engines aren't giving me much on this one. All I know is it runs a Powerclean Genesis mount thats approx 10 years old. Powerclean must be going out of business because their phones go to a full voice mailbox. Anyone have any info?
