    Where can I buy a fuel tap for my 04 GMC 2500? Anyone ever installed one and why do the charge so much to install them? Also need help running my Exhaust thru the floor (or step b-4 the side double doors) Now it exaust straight out and I don't like breathing the gasoline exhaust when making adjustments on the unit. El Diablo. Diesel exhaust is at the top of the side double doors, so it is not a problem, thanks, Ray Moody AKA Rambo

    Fuel taps are overpriced. They cost us distributors more than they should also IMO. If you are close to Duane you can probably get him to install one for much less than anyone else.

    Ray;

    The EPA has to approve any modifications to the fuel system (for gas emisions).

    An approved kit is slightly over $200 for your van.

    For the exhaust, there are some flexible tubing solutions that are suitable.
