A lot of other things can fluoresce under UV light. Computer or copier paper is treated with optical brighteners. This has a bright blue glow, even the dust from the paper will usually be around an office or computer/copier area. Rodents and other pests also leave urine trails. The shape of the stain should help identify that it is a trail from a mouse or other pest. Rob may have a comment on the coloration. Some laundry products have OB which gives clothing or spilled detergent a bluish glow (rarely reddish in some brands from Latin America). In my experience, the animals diet and age can also alter the color of the urine. I would view NCC's list as a guideline rather than a hard and fast rule.
Excellent point, the surrounding environment can affect the color of the contamination just as much as the type of animal itself. UV light is a great way to detect the presence of an infestation and the shape and size of the stain is the best way to determine the type of infestation. We use UV lights a lot in our pest control company.
