How much did it cost you, the Prowler? How do you like it overall? And how much heat does it produce?
    Thanks,Rob Allen.

I have 150 foot which is plenty for the type of home I do. The Prowler is great, it says 250 f on the info I got with it. It is hot, I am sweating while using it as I am not used to having heat! Miles better than my old portable.

It cost me £6650 all in ($11500)

To tell you the truth I am not using a hose reel, i wind them up, put a bunjee cord around them and slide them under a false floor in the back of the van.

    Do you all use reels?

most do, but some are content with rolling them by hand. Personally I like reels.

Cool looking van too, nice graphics. Reminds me a little bit of my Sprinter.

oooh, Mercedez! Fancy Schmancy! I've been mulling over getting a prowler for ages. I havent heard anything bad about them yet. I've even talked to the manufacturers in Texas extensively. Im thinking of putting one in a trailer. I notice you put in a 65 gallon fresh water tank. You put a waste tank in too?

    Hey Dave,
I own a prowler also. I love it. I don't have reels either. I've been
pricing them. Jon Don has one for 350. and they'll install for 1 hr. labor @ 70.00, so with tax it would be close to $500.00. It also will cut down on the much need room in my van.
