I like to use Fabpros Enzymatic prespray with 2 ounces of Bridgepoint citris solve. Or Ultrapac with 1 ounce of Activator powder.

TOP PERFORMING PRESPRAYS in no particular order except alphabetical
    Jon Dons Matrix Grand Slam
    Bridgepoints Zone Perfect
    Ultra XP by Fabpro
    Ultrapac by prochem
    TMF

    TOP PERFORMING BOOSTER
    Oxy's
TMF's Secret Sauce (The only chemical produced by TMF) Add it to any prespray to cut the nasties like butter!

EACH ONE OF THESE CAN BE FOUND IN THE TMF STORE AT 10% LESS THAN ANYWHERE ELSE. CALL ROBERT ALLEN AT 1-757-486-3532 FOR ANY OTHER INFORMATION.

I use Pro Zyme by Pros Choice most of the time. It does great in apartments and commercial jobs, or anywhere there is pet damage. I even mix it LESS than recommended and it still works great. It's a powder, though, and I think a lot of guys don't like powdered presprays.

On residential carpets I use Breakthrough, which I believe is a Powerclean product. It is safe and low foaming. Smells horrible though! If a customer comments about it I tell them it's a superior product because the manufacturer has omitted unnecessary perfumes.

haha, breakthrough does have a bad smell to it! i remember a coworker would put in an ounce of citrus solve to make it have a lil fresher scent. Does Pro Zyme work well on berber carpet? I havnt had a powder prespray that cleaned berber to well yet. although i try to always spray a activator mix before using my regular prespray on berber.

I've used PC's breakthrough. Your right, butyls are potent in smell and strength!

    Awesome pre-spray

:DI really don't get into the powder chemicals even on my truck mounts, you know what they say in this business, "If you find something that works KEEP USING IT!!" I prefer matrix grand slam sc for my prespray. I do alot of high traffic carpets (apartment complexes) and it works great, plus I add another product called citrus force asd if the grand slam needs a little boost. I get all my products from jon-don.:D

I still like Cobb's Powermax the best so far. I did a side-by-side test with Powermax and Judson's Juice last week. Powermax performed better.

I use a bit of Max Pack. It seems to work the same (and smell the same) as Prochem's Ultra Pak......but cheaper in price.

I have used Grand Slam SC for several years. Just started using Kleenrite extreme also. less suds. On berber boost with Pro's Choice energy or matrix release. Also Matrix planet guard, procyon, Releasit punch whatever the situation calls for.

    Rob,

If you refer to butyl celusolve, are you aware that is is suspected of being carcinogenic - with particular respect to testicular cancer?

I thought that it had been removed from formulations over 20 years ago.

I use Powermaxx from fibermaxx and I never have to prescrub it or boost it. It's cheaper and works better than anything I have ever used.

Judson Juice here! Zone perfect is also a good prespray. Used Matrix Grand Slam, but didn't like the smell, too strong!
I use Bridgepoint's Power Break on commercial. Maybe when it's time to re-order I'll try out some of Cobb's stuff.

They have a fragrance free version of Grand slam out now. With a boost of citrisolve there is nothing it can't handle and the citrisolve gives it a great smell, Imo.

Yeah, I had good results with the Grand Slam, and may try the new fragrance free version. My customers never complained, but it was just to strong of a smell for me! Thanks for the info!
