    The motor works and so does the blower. So, what type of fitting bridges this 9" gap between the 4" blower (exit side) exhaust and the 4" stainless exhaust pipe that allow blower exhaust to enter the motor's exhaust that is a continuation of the exhaust system
    Would this be a Fernco Coupling which is rubber and stainless steel clamps?

    You can use rubber marine hose with hose clamps.
