Does anyone do the mobile unit in the parking lot of office buildings route? Seems like once a route is established this could be a good lucrative business. How do you get started in this method of sales?
Get insurance and then speak to the property manager. Or if you can have one car wash customer in a area others will see you washing cars then they will ask you to wash theres. I wash at a apartment building, rent is $5000-$7000 per month and these are the occupents second and third place of residence. I spoke with the doorman and he gave me a shot and told the other car wash guy that there will be two of us. So the other car wash guy never showed up again. Or you can try and set up a car wash at a golf course. You wash the cars when they are playing golf and having lunch. At a golf course show up with a polo shirt and your shirt tucked in.
